This organic coffee is grown by smallholder farmers from Kintamani, and has a unique tasting profile of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. The coffee beans are carefully hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds, ensuring a high-quality product. Bali Blue is made from a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties, and is grown in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia. With an altitude of 1200-1600 M and volcanic loam soil, this coffee is truly one-of-a-kind.
